The Space

This is the backroom of our floor through studio, it is a sanctuary in midtown Manhattan. It is full of light, plants and has a special artistic energy that is welcoming to all. The studio is perfect for meetings, photoshoots, video shoots, classes, rehearsal space, workshops, small events, and more. It is the smallest and least expensive of our listings. We have 8 white chairs and several tables. Due to COVID we recommend events have no more than 8 people seated or 8 people standing. There is a small kitchenette and one unisex bathroom that is shared with the other rooms. Please note: This listing is for the back room. For something bigger please see our other listings. $40 Cleaning fee to be given in cash or paid to our Paypal account. If the space is left dirty and there is more than ONE garbage bag of rubbish then there will be a $100 cleaning fee applied, NO EXCEPTIONS - you will have to take trash with you & cannot leave in front of our building. Breakages and damages will be taken out of the $200 security deposit. Arriving early will incur a charge. Staff will be on sight or nearby for the duration of the booking. Overtime will be charged 1.5 times the rate and taken out of the security deposit. We give a 10 minute grace period and then charge in 30 minute increments at 1.5 x the rate. YOU WILL NEED TO PRESENT $240 cash to the attendant upon arrival. They will give you $200 back (less the $40 cleanging fee), if there are no damages.
