The Space

We have a few loft spaces available for short term rental in a warehouse by the Jefferson St L stop. The spaces vary in size from 1000 sq ft to 3500 sq ft. More photos coming soon of the various options. The loft spaces are located on the upper floors of the building. We also have an open basement with high ceilings If you need an even larger space. The space is perfect for film or photoshoots, art shows, film screenings, etc. Most, but not all spaces are accessible via freight elevator. Rates start at $100/hr but depend on the use.
