The Space

A real, soundproof, state of the art Video and Photography Production Space in Midtown Manhattan, located between 8th and 9th just a few blocks from Penn Station & MSG. The full floor 7,500 Sq Ft Production Space offers two fully soundproofed stages and a video podcast studio. Studio One includes a 25' Wide x 18' Deep, unobstructed, pre-lit cyc with a full lighting grid, DMX board and a private viewing/client/wardrobe/greenroom. Full production area is 25'Wide x 28' Deep. See floor plan in photos. Each rental includes our VIP Greenroom with private 10th floor balcony, a hair and makeup room and an interior greenroom. Ask about our Look-in Control Room with in-house feeds, live comps, Dante Audio System, live-streaming and full patch panel into studio with SDI, XLR & LAN - available for additional fee. Or ask about Studio Two with natural light and built-in seamless racks (12' & 9'), full patch through panel to control. Perfect for photography or overflow/prep/catering for Studio One. We also have a video podcast room available for hourly rental and a full in house production team that can staff and produce any need you may have from prep to post. Rentals include full use of common spaces, lighting grid with DMX Control Pad and all G&E. Five Hour Minimum. Additional Charges for After hours or weekend shoots. Discounts available for venue & production bookings.
