The Space

We are a state of the art music production and recording studio. Perfect for vocal and instrument recordings as well as mixing and mastering. We also have a modern lounge area perfect for entertaining guests and can be used for video/photoshoot opts and even podcast filming. Each booking will include a recording engineer. (engineer fee is included). Light to moderate smoking is allowed at the engineer or studio manager's discretion. We have a built in ventilation system which must be on while smoking. There is NO smoking permitted in the vocal booth. We have LED color changing lights throughout the lounge and control room. If you would like to change the color of the lights, you can ask the engineer or studio manager to do so. Our space is walking distance from the L and M trains and also the B13, B26, B52, B54 and Q55 buses.

Health & Safety Policy

Our space is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected prior to and after every booking. We provide disinfecting wipes, lysol spray, hand sanitizer and gloves/masks upon request. We have a first aid kit in the bathroom and vestibule area. There are fire and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the location. There are fire extinguishers at the entrance to the lounge and the control room. We also have security cameras and monitors throughout the location.

If you would like to have your music mixed and mastered by our engineer, that will be a separate cost. The pricing is negotiable. We also have in-house photographers, videographers, event coordinators, song writers, producers, security personnel and food/beverage caterers. If you would like to use their services that will also be a separate fee which is also negotiable.
