Thank you for your interest in my space. I’m a creative who enjoys photography, videography and music of all kinds. I enjoy the process of creating all of the above which led me to offer this space for just that. My goal is to provide a comfortable environment that’ll inspire you to do great things.

The Space

Up for rent is my home studio/man cave. Private entry with its own a/c unit installed. Several options for seating (couches, bean bags, sleeper sofa) with a TV and mini fridge. Custom built vocal booth and a recent model Apple iMac with software for creatives (pro tools, logic, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, premiere etc.)

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days.
