Rehearsal & Performance Space or Whatever!

This is a "do your own thing" space. The space functions as a black box performance space, with a large rehearsal and costume area. It has also been a music venue, art studio, and motorcycle shop. With a wide roll-up door and skylights there is plenty of access and light. The front is cement, and the back is hardwood flooring and there is a closed mezzanine above the back-room area. It has a full kitchen, full bath, and a backyard. So, fire up your fiddle and come on down to take a look- then start dreaming about the next big thing. Note: Please do not use any glitter inside the space.
