The Space

We look forward to having you at our reimagined warehouse turned into a beautiful creative space with an open floor plan located in Downtown LA’s Arts District. The creative hub features our common area, conference room, TV lounge, full kitchen, patio, and four state of the art recording studios. Our one of a kind space allows for collaborative and creative meetings, recording sessions and events. Please read carefully before sending an inquiry to make sure your event suits our space. The neighborhood bolsters rich cultural pockets of the city’s best restaurants. Whether you’re craving Mexican, Japanese or Italian cuisine, the DTLA’s Arts District is perfect for rooftop after meeting drinks, lunch or dinner. Our venue is also walking distance from food trucks and a brewery just next door.
