The Space

Originally built in 1895 in the historic area of Garvanza. Ideally situated between Highland Park and Pasadena. It has undergone a complete restoration and is now available for one of a kind events Over 4,000 sqft on the main floor including: Kitchen, Ladies room w/ 3 toilets, Mens room w/ 1 toilet, 2 urinals, 1 shower, Office, Bedroom w/ full bathroom, Huge outdoor space with direct vehicle access, Outdoor bathroom Street parking and public transportation are available, but if needed a nearby lot can be arranged for up to 100 cars at an additional cost of $300 Total fee is subject to change and based on day of week, number of guests, etc... Minimum hourly rate does not apply to weekends or larger events. A 12-hour rental period is required for events with 60 guests or more.
