WILLIAMSBURG STUDIO Spacious sunlit photography studio with amazing outdoor space perfect for for photography / video shoots and private events. Conveniently located in Williamsburg – 4 blocks from Lorimer train station ( G and L ) and 5 Blocks from the Hewes Street train station ( J & M lines ). The space features insane 16 foot ceilings and stunning details. Exposed white brick walls, hardwood floors, industrial metal sliding barn door and reclaimed wood details complete the interior of this gut renovated studio space. Situated on the ground floor with a 600 square foot private backyard, only accessible from the studio. SPECIAL DAY RATES Our Production and Photography day rate is $1000 (for 10 hours). Overtime is charged at $150 per hour. Events: Half day rental (6 hours) for $1000. Full day (10 hours) for $1600, overtime is charged at $150 per hour. Events with 12 or more guests requires a full day booking.
