The Space

This 1969 ranch-style home has been completely restored and offers high vaulted ceilings, flooding natural light, and breathtaking views of valley woodlands. The massive great room alone spans over 1,500 square feet and includes an entertainers kitchen, a large dining space, and an open concept living area. The large, well appointed kitchen is the focal point with Viking appliances and an impressive 50 square feet “Calcutta Gold” marble island with an amazing golden vein running diagonally. It’s perfect for your culinary photo and video shoots! Three large glass doors fully open up to the exterior viewing porch which enjoys direct sunsets 365 days a year and unabated access to a protected creek. There are views from every angle. The exterior is rustic, yet well adorned. It’s equipped with warm café-style string lighting, a large fire pit with cozy adirondack chairs, and several unique outdoor gathering spaces equipped with mood-setting flameless candles and heat lamps. This space makes a great venue for offsite meetings, workshops, or networking events, particularly in the early evening when the setting sun paints its canvas burnt orange. Check us out…this unique space offers many different backdrops and a variety of surfaces for your project. Ideas include culinary video shoots (butcher block counters!), yoga/exercise outdoor photo shoots, product shoots with a variety of interesting surfaces, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, intimate weddings, portrait shoots, team-building sessions, offsite meetings, workshops, networking events, and so much more! There is also plenty of street parking and easy access points to make things seamless for your next event. :)
