The Space

This is the most innovative live/work space that Lower Manhattan has seen in quite some time. The floor through unit is split into two separate (yet connected) spaces. The front half is a storefront/studio/office space and the rear is a living space with full kitchen, stall shower bathroom, twelve-foot ceilings and a storage/sleeping loft with exposed brick. The possibilities are endless, this could be an artist's studio/gallery space, a licensed legal or mental health professional's office.
