Our company is called Experience Guide LLC, established in Denver in 2014. We have luxury vacation-rental properties in Denver, Scottsdale, Austin and Joshua Tree. We provide full-service hospitality resources, all-inclusive group travel packages, and flexible hourly/daily rates for our properties when hosting productions, off-sites, and private events.

The Space

PLEASE NOTE: I have a 3-night minimum on weekends. Do not inquire for Thursday, Friday or Saturday nights unless you plan on booking 3-nights. My home is versatile, great for bachelor parties, wedding parties, company retreats, and more! Prime location. Huge park directly across the street with a public pool. Lots of dynamic to this space. We turned the unfinished basement into a game room with a theater area. Main level has an open layout which makes for great mingling sessions. We own an in-house transportation company with a stretch limo, shuttle van, and two Teslas. Ask about our private charter service, Chauffeur is included at our low rate of $99/hour.
