Health & Safety Policy
The purpose of this Health and Safety Policy is to ensure that all persons who visit the residential dwelling unit for short term rentals and/or photo shoots are safe. This policy outlines the various safety measures that must be followed at all times. 1. All visitors must wear appropriate clothing (e.g., closed-toe shoes, long pants) in order to reduce any potential risk of injury while on the property. 2. All visitors must obey posted signs regarding acceptable behavior and safety instructions (e.g., no smoking or open flames). 3. Photo shoots should only take place in designated areas, as outlined by the property’s security team or management company prior to each shoot taking place. 4. All visitors must adhere to safety protocols and operating instructions outlined by the management company or security team, including but not limited to: checking in upon arrival, wearing a protective face mask when indoors, observing proper social distancing guidelines (e.g., at least 6 feet of separation between persons) while on the property, and following any additional safety measures required in compliance with the most up to date health regulations. 5. Any equipment used for photo shoots must be inspected prior to use and maintained in good condition during the course of the shoot. If any problems are identified with this equipment, it should be reported immediately to a member of the management team or security staff. 6. In order to maintain compliance with local laws and ordinances, any photo shoots taking place on the property must receive prior approval from the local government and/or relevant authorities. 7. All visitors must refrain from bringing any pets onto the property, with the exception of those that are service animals. 8. Visitors are not permitted to consume drugs or alcohol on the premises without prior notification. 9. In order to ensure a safe environment for all persons involved, no firearms, explosives, or other weapons are allowed onsite at any time. This Health and Safety Policy is designed to ensure that all persons who visit our residential dwelling unit during short term rentals and/or photo shoots can do so safely and in compliance with current health regulations and laws. We ask that all visitors adhere to the above safety measures and instructions in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Thank you for your cooperation.
