Unique mega space featuring an indoor guitar shaped heated pool with indoor grill and lots of lounging space that Elvis himself, actually partied in back in the day! Approximately 4000 square feet available for your wedding, photo/video shoot, reception, corporate/team meeting, workshop, dinner/brunch/lunch, performance, launch party, fundraising event, anniversary, swimming party, sales meeting, charity event, awards ceremony, fashion event, bachelor party, reunion, music video, fitness class, etc. Also included are the following amenities: Game room with pool table, arcade machines, ping pong table, dart board, Sonos music controller, full size fridge, pub tables, surround sound system and multiple flat screen TV's. Indoor pool area includes indoor grill with vented hood, 120" projection screen for presentations/videos/slide shows, elevated stage with full PA and band gear, tiki bar, 5.1 Sonos wireless surround system and controller, towel hutch stocked with clean towels and various pool toys, plenty of seating, multiple flat screen TV's and vaulted glass panel ceiling. Also available is our lounge area with couches, 55" smart TV and dining area. Next to that is a modern kitchen with stainless fridge, large sink, flat screen TV and serving area/dining table. There is a vast circle drive around the complex with parking for up to 50 + vehicles. Location is 5 minutes to Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums and to major highways. Silverstein Eye Centers Arena is 10 minutes away. Rules Absolutely no smoking inside the complex. Outside catering IS allowed. We do not provide nor serve alcohol or anything outside what is mentioned in the description. Alcohol may not be served to minors. At any time, if the staff deems alcohol consumption to be excessive, or there are disturbances, law enforcement will be notified and the event will be shut down. Please drink responsibly. Thank you! Insurance Requirements: $500,000 general liability coverage is required. How to get insurance: You may take out a policy from any accredited private company or your homeowners insurance. The average insurance coverage costs clients about $50-$175 for a one-day policy. We don't receive this money, it goes to the insurance provider. Proof of coverage forms need to be readily available upon speaking with the venue host. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood. NO GLASS IN THE POOL AREA - Anything made of glass is PROHIBITED in the pool area. You will be responsible for any damage as a result of broken glass.
