Roof garden on Williamsburg Industrial

We have a year-round Garden on a drip irrigation. Additionally we have many succulents and cacti plants which could be moved. From a street view you may never know, this industrial factory secludes a green living oasis. We actually have three secluded separate roof gardens. 2,500 sf. total garden area with the main garden approximately a 1,000 sf. 25 ft * 40 ft. Plus there are vistas from the upper garden viewing downward. For consideration is the main garden. Access / usage of the other gardens is separate and needs to be made with prior arrangements depending on your project. The cost is for a total a of four people booking- a smaller profile shoot. Certain potted plants can be rearranged depending on your project. Again with prior agreement. We want your project to succeed; this is a living garden. Upper garden boasts views of Brooklyn, Manhattan and directly onto a city park. We have a truck loading dock and freight elevator that goes directly to the roof garden. Equipment and props can roll right in. Nothing needs to be carried. The indoor space has AC. We have numerous props and industrial artifacts that support a tactile and textured feel to the existing space. We occupy the entire building, as such we control how there are no noises or freight elevator Etc to disturb your production shoot. We even have plants growing on the front of the building.
