Rooftop Venue Contract Rules and Regulations to Booking the Rooftop Venue in Conjunction with Splacer: • A Refundable Security Deposit of $275.00 must be made to the host via Zelle or PayPal within 48 hours of the reservation/booking. The security deposit will be reimbursed five (5) business days after the event • A cleaning fee ($ 65) and/or any incurred costs caused by any damages, violation(s) of the stipulated terms, conditions, rules, and regulations of the contract will be deducted from the security deposit/recouped. • You will need to provide a Photo ID, via a Driver's License or Passport to the Host one (1) day after booking the event on Splacer via the Hosts' Email address: 2aBetterBalance@gmail.com. • Our Rooftop Venue is not liable for your credit card or the credit card transaction to "Splacer". The use of a credit card is the responsibility of "Splacer"; The Rooftop Venue is not in possession of your credit card or credit information. Contact "Splacer" if you have any queries or issues regarding your credit card. Rules and Regulations of Conduct and Use of Rooftop Venue: • The Event Organize and their guests cannot give anyone access to the building. ALL VIP Guests and the Organizer WILL BE BUZZED INTO THE BUILDING BY THE ROOFTOP VENUE'S HOSTESS. • No one in your party should go downstairs to open the door for anyone. Due to the Building's Safety and Privacy Regulations, we must all adhere to this giving anyone entry to the building rule. Each time this rule is violated, it will result in a fine of $50,00 per violation. • There will be NO conjugating in the hallway, stairway, or other floors and/or lobby. Please enjoy your time on the Rooftop. • All of the small tables, all of the chairs as well as the long brown chair can be moved. The large table, rug, and tan furniture located at the back of the rooftop cannot be moved. If Organizer and/or guest move the large table, rug, or tan furniture, there will be a fine of $50.00. • Any kind of bike/scooter, lithium-powered bike, lithium powered equipment is NOT permitted into the building. • Bringing/having any type of open flame or heating equipment for food or personal warmth is not allowed in the building or on the Rooftop Venue. • When bringing any type of furniture, or large equipment into the building or on the Rooftop Venue speak to the Host before bringing items. • Alcohol in Moderation • No animals/pets allowed on Rooftop or in the Restroom area. • No smoking in the Building, Rooftop, or in the Restroom area. • Having/Bringing/Catering food is allowed. • No SMOKING IN THE BUILDING. • Organizer(s) and guest(s) may ONLY use electrical outlets for charging cellphones. Any other use of electrical outlet(s) must be stated in the contract. • Nothing nor no one is allowed to sit/set anything on the Rooftop Venue's ledge. • We request that the event organizer(s) and guests exit the premises at the designated time. If the organizer and/or guests do not exit the premises by the designated time, the host will adjust your cost. • To help ensure everyone's building, condo, and Rooftop Venue have security cameras located throughout the building, that are connected to the Police department. • Be sure to book "Your Special Day" on a day that is weather appropriate for you, we do not offer bad weather refunds or rain checks. • *** During the " ROOFTOP VISIT" and before your event; all the Rules and Regulations to Booking the Rooftop and Rules and Regulations of Conduct and Use of Rooftop Venue will be placed in a contract for you to sign. OR Please also provide an Email address that will allow you to sign and return this contract. WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE & LOOK FORWARD TO HOSTING YOUR SPECIAL EVENT! THANK YOU Mamie and Rudolph
