We founded this Company to offer the perfect rental space for Somatic and Holistic professionals hosting classes, meetings, courses, workshops, and retreats in person, on-line, or with hybrid modalities in the San Diego area. The Manager and co-owner is a Holistic health practitioner who specializes in trauma informed touch, therapeutic bodywork and Somatic coaching. She has a Bachelor’s degree in integrative psychology.

The Space

This tranquil room is located inside a holistic healing center. The room features cushions for floor seating and it can also include foldable chairs, a table as well as massage table if needed. Room can be utilized for a small meditation group/breath work class /yoga class or any small group setting. This room can comfortably fit 15 people and includes a large monitor/TV that can be easily moved out of room if not needed. There is an onsite parking lot that has many open spaces.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Building's cleaning crew comes every night and we also disinfect common surfaces daily. We provide hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests Also, we provide hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, and toilet paper. We ventilate the space before cleaning and before using
