These are rooms within our apartment space located in the vibrant area of Washington Heights. It is ideal for Photoshoots, Video Production, Therapy and Showrooms. The space is very bright, open, spacious and warm. It has a lot of natural light coming from the two large windows at the end of the room. The high ceilings and wooden floors create a picturesque and antique feel. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, private bathroom and two other spacious rooms that can be used as storage or lounging. Additional antique furniture are available for rent - please inquire prior. Location is very convenient in terms of public transport. 1 train is one block away. PLEASE NOTE that if you are looking to drive and park here, it is best to arrive 15-20 minutes prior as there is only street parking on the block. There is a PARKING GARAGE 4 blocks down. If you require any photo or lighting equipment, please inquire prior. In-House photographers and videographers available. This may come in handy for behind the scenes footage.
