This rustic farm location is ideal for weddings, birthday parties or events wanting a natural setting. Located just a short walk from the train station connecting to you to New Jersey and NYC/Penn Station (only 60miles away) and only 10 min from Stewart International Airport, this location is ideal for those who have guests coming from a distance. We rent hourly or with a flat rate for the day. The day rate makes it easier for events such as weddings because you do not have to worry about getting kicked out at a certain time. We are flexible and will work with you on what best meets your needs. The facility will be empty upon rental. Horses, chickens and other farm animals can be made available if needed for an event or photo shoot. Facility: • 100' x 49' indoor arena (heaters available) • single restroom • 155' x 72' outdoor arena with all-weather footing. • approx. 19 large 12' x 14' nominal box stalls • 2 tack rooms • 5 large paddock areas range between 2-4 acres a piece and 1 large paddock about 9 acres. • 2 large open hay fields Off property: We also have a Guest House about 2 miles from the farm that is perfect for guests, bride, actors, or staff to stay so they are near the location. House sleeps 8 people.
