The Space

The gated entrance sets the stage for this stunning 10-acre parcel. This rustic contemporary house has a mountain view and a seasonal lake view. Living room with soaring ceiling and stone fireplace. 3 Bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a finished walk-out basement with a pool table and a piano. A fabulous wrap-around deck overlooks the gunite pool and tennis court (currently under renovation). This house is located towards the end of a cul-de-sac with a private driveway. Plenty of yard space for parking. Being far away from the neighbors makes this space noise-proof. Perfect for shooting a film!
