Full Arcade room (no charge for all games), sunken living room, Indoor circular bar, Vintage (1978) Kitchen and bathrooms. Master bathroom with sunken hot tub. Modern updated exterior with brand new pool, outdoor shower , spa (add’l cost). We also own a local restaurant and can provide catering if needed. Parking for approx. 20 vehicles available max, for larger events we can help arrange transportation and/or offsite parking. ***Please note pricing is based on the type of event and number of people attending
