Large industrial studio loft run by artist and prop/interior stylist. 1800sf of open/flexible space featuring exposed brick walls, hand painted details and original artwork. 10' ceilings, concrete floors, large windows, full kitchen and bath. 2 free all day designated parking spots. Freight elevator and loading dock. Tons of amenities make this space perfect for photoshoots, workshops, pop-ups, off-sites and retreats.

Health & Safety Policy
Ongoing Covid-19 concerns require limited capacity and extra cleaning measures. Guests are required to wear a mask and keep a 6' distance. Ventilation is required (there are 2 fans). The space is cleaned and disinfected between bookings in accordance with guidelines from the CDC. Guests use of the studio kitchen facilities is limited, so please bring bottled water and plan to take meal breaks off-site.
