The Space
Our studio is a secluded 9 acre Ranch with various amenities and old west charm, located in the angelic Apple Valley/Lucerne Valley, on the edge of the Mojave desert (high desert) minutes away from Victorville and Big Bear Lake to the east. Our ranch has two ranch-style homes available for filming, as well as multiple out-buildings, structures, horse stables, horses, livestock, mature trees, Joshua trees, ranch vehicles and equipment. We have an open desert landscape with mountainous views, with many open areas for constructing sets, etc. This area is well known for attracting artists, visionaries, film productions, company retreats, outdoor events, and more.

Health & Safety Policy
We take additional measures to keep our space clean. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. We provide Disposable gloves, Disposable masks / face coverings, Hand Sanitizer. Space has access to outdoor air ventilation. Spaces always have clean fresh air. Any ranch equipment used is cleaned and sanitized before next use. We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space.
