Calling All Creatives! Thank you for inquiring about our (air conditioned) studio/ event space in Mount Vernon. Our space is designed to cater to photographers, content creators, and podcasters. The space features 5 different interchangeable rooms, a photo backdrop area, and additional space for custom setups. The studio is versatile, suitable for various purposes such as: -Photos for headshots, portraits, products, and smaller productions. -small events (gatherings) -listening parties - galleries -pop-up shops -podcasting - videos -small private classes -workshops - 1-on-1 sessions - live streams, videos -Paint-n-Sips ***While it's primarily a self-service studio, we specialize in set design. If you need a customized set for your shoot, please feel free to contact us. Additionally, in-house photography services are available for an additional fee.*** ***Event prices differ from photo/video prices and are subject to people and usage. *** *PLEASE NOTE* Your booked hours include both set-up and break-down time, so plan accordingly. Operating on a self-sufficiency basis, we kindly request that you clean up after your session and leave everything as you found it. AN hourly rate cleaning fee will be applied if the space is left unclean. Please note: No smoking is allowed in the building, and the studio is accessible by a two-flight walk-up with two bathrooms available. Ring lights and a softbox is provided. Feel free to use our paper backdrops as long as they are not stepped on and used solely as a backdrop. If you plan to unroll the backdrop and have a subject stand on it, a $12 fee for a "pull" of paper is required. The seamless backdrop pull is when you pull the backdrop paper all the way under your feet. *Note: If backdrop paper pull is needed, please make sure to add on during the booking process in the Add-On section. WE DO NOT DO PRIVATE TOURS DUE TO SECURITY REASONS! Our bookings require a minimum of 2 - hour in minimum. **Overtime rates will apply if booking goes over agreed time.**
