I added on to my home to create a serene setting to gather people for every celebration! From dinner parties, birthday celebrations, formal dinners, tailgating, and more, I would love for you to use my space for your next event.

The Space

Welcome to my patio! This spacious 750sf of outdoor patio space features a gas fireplace, a large and comfortable seating area around the fireplace that comfortably seats 8 or more, an 8' dining table that comfortably seats 10 or can be used as a large buffet table for a casual gathering of up to 30. There is also a grass lawn area which is perfect for additional tables, chairs, or mingling space. We offer patio heaters for chilly nights as well as a 100" outdoor screen and projector for a movie night under the stars or watching the big game! (Screen and projector rental only available for viewing after dark.) I also offer additional items for rent including table linens, napkins, chargers, plates, cutlery, glasses, drinkware, bar cart, drink dispensers, balloon garlands, floral arrangements, candles, backdrops and specialty linens like full length sequin tablecloths. Chair rentals for larger dinner parties are also available. Packages can be customized to your needs. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, etc. This is an outdoor space with plenty of ventilation. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days.
