Awesome fully equipped recording studio with a large live room with a P.A. System and floor monitors. Perfect for intimate showcases and special events. Whether you want to record your next album or have a jam party with friends and family, this space has you covered. Kitchen area easily transforms into a wet bar. 2 lounge areas, 2 bathrooms, and a large showcase room. Share your special event with up to 50 guests.
