The beautiful 500sq/ft bungalow has recently (2021) been remodeled in the style of California Craftsman with wooden casement windows. There is a private garden with Adirondack chairs and a full service kitchen with an Italian Bertazzoni range. To top it all off there is a comfortable sectional facing a 65" TV with in ceiling speakers and a warm sub. Yes, the WiFI is fast! p.s. Your privacy is important to us. All rooms have shades. We also have a shoji screen in case you need to be private about your project.

Health & Safety Policy
This is a private home. We schedule appointments with a minimum of 36 hours (i.e. the home is not used for commercial meetings or production shoot) in between appointments. We hire a professional cleaner to clean surfaces. If there is a specific ask or question we are more than happy to discuss. Read less
