I am a licensed architect that has added an ADU to the back of the house and a pool. This little oasis in silverlake is my home and studio happy to share it for filming. I have friends in the industry that use the house and the pool for shoots and have enjoyed the ease of the property.

The Space

The space has a lot of spaces created by the two structures on the property. Framed by two trees and a large deck it’s an indoor outdoor mix of spaces that is picturesque. It can accommodate equipment and is easy to access with strew parking available as needed.
