The Space

Our Villa/Ranch offers incredible ocean and city lights views from a 2.5 acre ridge top above 1000's of acres of protected wildlands. Enjoy the best of Los Angeles from the beauty of the coastal hills just minutes above the famed Malibu coastline; close enough to it all while just far enough away to escape the city. The beautiful European design features 5 bedrooms, office, theater room, gourmet kitchen and great room with fireplace, and a huge living room with high ceilings all flooded with natural light. Privacy, peace, and luxury await at this hilltop retreat with a decadent master suite with huge picture windows to capture the views, lux master bath, & walk-in closet. The grounds include a saline infinity edge pool, grassy lawns, outdoor kitchen, and a colorful organic garden. Minutes to Malibu or Topanga Village with room for horses and close to trails.
