Bring the party; we have the perfect space! Our 2,500 sq.ft. Gallery space is built to be transformative, thus creating a perfect site for private celebrations, product launches, and corporate off-site gatherings both large and small! Street-facing windows, a grand sliding glass panel, and skylights bring in energizing amounts of natural light for daytime occasions. In the evening guest are more than welcome to be creative in creating a warm or party like vibe with lighting and decor. Our Day-Of Events Manager is here to help you from planning a walkthrough to overseeing the success of your function. Masks: All SoEx staff and contractors reserve the right to wear a mask for the duration of the event. Unvaccinated guests must wear a mask. Vaccinated guests have the choice to remain masked or unmasked. Vaccines: Rental Client is responsible for confirming Vaccine status of guests and ensuring unvaccinated guests comply with Southern Exposure’s mask policy. Other: SoEx provides air purifiers and will clean before and after the event. We will provide hand sanitizer and additional masks as needed. Southern Exposure reserves the right to update this guidance at any time based on public health recommendations. Cleaning: We clean the space before and after your event, as included in your cleaning fee.
