This includes 900 sq ft. of shootable space, access to the upstairs bathroom and the kitchenette. The room consists of white painted exposed brick, concrete floors and a set of windowed 10' double doors. There are 2 skylights that can be covered for light control, or utilized for natural lighting. This space is perfect for video production, photography, holding, music and lecture events as well as gallery events. Any and all set up and tear down times must be included in the rental.
