I'm a full time portail/ fashion photographer. Had to travel and working in between NY & LA. This is the space we will have for March 2022. Totally in love when i first got this space. It's very open and the nature light is amazing. Looking out the the window, the amazing dtla city skyview just right there in front of you. The sunset moment is just breathtaking. It's also perfect as a gallery event space.

The Space

Bright, open, beautiful, large 1,800 sq ft photo studio for photography and film shoots, meetings, auditions, private event and workshops. Centrally located at the DTLA with lots of parking lots. Great value for the amount of space and amenities it offers. The studio has a private makeup and dressing room. The bathrooms and shower are located inside the unit. It has white walls, wooden floors, and backdrops. It has big 6 windows overlooking downtown LA skyview, it's perfect for interviews, photo, and film shoots. 4 C-stand, sandbags Clothing rack Bathroom/Shower Hand painting Backdrops for rent Spacious 1800 square foot studio perfect for photoshoots and film productions. Ample parking is available around the building. Elevator and loading area just a corner from the front door. Entire 2 wall side of windows provide a generous amount of natural lighting. Curtains can be closed to control light. There are several parking lots around the building and very easy in and out.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The studio is cleaned everyday, all counters wiped with anti-bacterial disinfectant including door handle knobs, and kitchen area. The studio's windows are keep open for fresh air to flow freely. Of course it can be closed if AC is needed or to minimize outside noise.
