I have had my own property that I rent to films and weddings for several years. Now I have acquired additional properties for this purpose. I have been in the film industry myself for many years as a producer. Knowing the film business very well, we try to make the properties as easy as possible for films. We are relaxed, professional and easy to work with. There are no hidden fees and you get access to anything on the property and we try to be as accommodating as possible.

The Space

Hospital with hospital bed, nurse station, dining, or Senior home Small 32 bed mini hospital/ skilled nursing/ senior living home. Single and double rooms can be decorated as stark hospital or as more decorative senior living. Nurse station. Wide hall ways. Central dining, industrial laundry and commercial kitchen. This is occupied by a small number of residents (about 5) and 3 staff. You will need to work around those residents however it is almost entirely available and they love shoots. You cannot shoot the residents without their permission, which will probably be willingly granted. Large outdoor private courtyard, walled in with commercial looking picnic tables. Small hospital looking entrance. Circular driveway, easy ambulance access.
