You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. After booking is confirmed you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in building and find studio space - How to use equipment 13ft ceilings and great indirect light throughout the day with NYC skyline view. Furniture: No curtains! - Chair Options from the pictures - 1 Stool - 1 Extension Cord - 1 x Red Velvet Backdrop - Wall Mounted Clothes Hangers for 10 hangers If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons. 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio is not soundproof. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this. -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date. General Rules -All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration while making the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space at the prescribed starting time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time) -No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $200 -No guns, drugs on the premises. Penalty Fee $200 -No Drinking Alcohol on the premises. Penalty Fee $100 -No confetti/glitter/moss/feathers/paint splashes/smashed glass/smashed cake/fake snow/soil/petals/candle wax in the space. Penalty Fee $200 -No liquids on the sand and floors. Fee $100 -No tape of any kind on the walls -Don’t lose the Fob for the Freight Elevator/Bathroom. Fee $100 -No Bulky Garbage. Bulky Items Disposal Fee $200 -For some bookings (large groups video shoots, late nights, weekends, etc.) a $200 Security Deposit is required (Zelle, Cash App) - it's fully refundable in the next 1-2 days after the booking if no damages/rules violation occur during the booking
