Rate is $350/hr for up to 50, $400/hr for up to 75. Weekends/evenings add $50/hr to the hourly rate. Discounts available for multi-day or multi-space reservations. Change color of room with iPad ● Motorized shades. Open to reveal the beautiful view ● Smart lighting. Rate listed is for up to 25 people for weekday bookings 6am-6pm. Rate is $350/hr for up to 50, $400/hr for up to 75. Weekends/evenings add $50/hr to the hourly rate. December holiday event rates from $500/hr for up to 25 people, $600/hr for up to 50 people, and $700/hr for up to 75 people. Discounts available to qualified non-profits, last minute bookings, and multi-day or multi-space reservations. Just ask! Daily cleaning fee of $150 added to reservation.
