Once you book the room, you can go over all the necessary equipment for your meeting, such as professional equipment and catering options. You will find the NYC meeting room in SoHo, which is one of the most popular areas of New York. It will be hard to choose which bar or restaurant to go to, as there are so many in the direct vicinity. Besides, your guests from out of town will love the central location as well as all the hotels located nearby, such as Nomo SoHo and the Best Western Bowery.
