The Space

A dreamy NYC skyline with 360-views of the most popular neighborhoods of Manhattan is right under your wings at this beautiful rooftop space. This venue comes with 3500 sqfeet outdoor rooftop space. There is another 2000 sqfeet space indoors at a different floor in case of weather issues, so we have you all covered. Located in the heart of the central Soho district, the building is a classic landmark Soho building renovated into an all white beauty. Ideal for events with an outdoor/rooftop/penthouse feel, the venue can host all private, corporate events and weddings. The capacity is 250 guests. The venue is accessible by all major subway lines including 1-2-A-C-E-N-Q-R-W-J-Z and 6 trains. ALL EVENTS have to end by midnight / 1am to comply with state guidelines. Golden hour is the best time to enjoy the beautiful sunset with gorgeous views of the World Trade Center & downtown Manhattan. We look forward to hosting you and your guests!
