There is another 2000 sqfeet space indoors at a different floor in case of weather issues, so we have you all covered. Located in the heart of the central Soho district, the building is a classic landmark Soho building renovated into an all white beauty. Ideal for events with an outdoor/rooftop/penthouse feel, the venue can host all private, corporate events and weddings. The capacity is 250 guests. The venue is accessible by all major subway lines including 1-2-A-C-E-N-Q-R-W-J-Z and 6 trains. ALL EVENTS have to end by midnight / 1am to comply with state guidelines. Golden hour is the best time to enjoy the beautiful sunset with gorgeous views of the World Trade Center & downtown Manhattan. We look forward to hosting you and your guests!
