Cancellation Policy: If the Client cancels the event, the venue retains the right to withhold all or a portion of the deposit reflect a loss of revenue for the venue. • If the client cancels event original deposit charged (50%) will be forfeited. • If the client cancels the event with less then 14 days notice prior to event date, original deposit charged (50%) will be forfeited and client will be responsible for 25% of the remaining 50% balance. • If the client cancels event less the 10 days prior to event date, client is responsible for the full balance of the contracted event.

Security deposit: 2,000.00 

(Will be collected separately by the space owner)
