The Space

This office suite has a lot of opportunity. The first possible use for this chic office space is a conference room for your next important meeting. There two different private conference rooms and one open collab area complete with a conference room table. You may also consider shooting your next professional photoshoot in this space. The entire suite is decorated with high-end furnishings with plenty of natural light. It also boosts a fun and eclectic call room perfect for your next marketing campaign. Another use for this suite is a media room to film your next podcast episode or interview. It comes with the use of several lume cube lights. There are two different feature walls that lends itself to maybe do a wardrobe change to create two separate looks.

This space does not allow loud music, no smoking of any kind and no food whatsoever in the conference rooms. All ages allowed. There are two security cameras at the two exterior doors of the suite that will be live and recording.
