Sosna: Huge Bright Gorgeous Studio

Huge beautiful studio with wondrous light and several tropical plants! We have 1600 square feet with hardwood floors, super tall ceilings and bright light. Our building has a huge elevator which makes it easy to bring furniture and gear upstairs. Our lighting equipment and gear are all FREE. We have 20 chairs available ($20 for 10) for rent and 5 tables ($10 each). Our space is 40 feet by 40 feet. There is free parking right outside our building all weekend. We do assess a $50 cleaning fee for any event. NO DJS or DJ EQUIPMENT / Permission to serve alcohol is $100. Glitter or confetti or smoking are not allowed; a $250 fine / You are allowed to arrive 15 minutes early to start setting up, no earlier / Propping open the lobby door is not allowed; $250 fine / Outside vendors are not allowed to set up without the host being present / Decorations must be removed without any damage to walls or the ceiling / We must be compensated fully for any item that is broken or taken / All trash must be placed in bags at the end of the event / We only accept (1) bag of trash; any more is $20 per trash bag / A/C unit must be turned off once you are done; $250 fine
