This is an established production company providing production services, equipment and studio rentals to an array of media projects. Our business focuses on matching knowledge, skill and personality to creativity in order to successfully produce projects. Producing over 50 projects a year, encompassing a variety of narratives and a range of budgets from $10K to $5M, our company continues to diversify and expand our portfolio. As a team of in house and external producers our company promotes a community uniquely creating a trusted network of experienced crewmembers, vendors and resources.

The Space

Our Studio is a one-stop facility to support productions. The studio was designed with digital and independent content creators in mind, and provides an unique and welcoming setting. We're equipped with a White Cyc cove, a support room (ideal for makeup, wardrobe, or talent holding), quiet-running air conditioning, and echo reducing insulquilt. The Studio has access to a full kitchen, lobby, and conference room, as well as a gated parking lot with a private entrance from parking to the Studio. Brand new lighting and camera gear is available for rent upon request, utilizing the modern technology of LED lighting. Two spaces are included: Studio with support room. We have additional space available on site - Conference Room, Lobby, Kitchen All bookings have an added $100 COVID Cleaning fee added.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We have created a full Health and Safety Protocols and Guideliness document that we send to each booking. The document includes what our staff is doing to clean and disinfect the space, guidelines for safe use of the space, and recommendations on procedures. We are here to help productions run safely and smoothly. We do have certain policies we ask guests to follow - such as smaller crew sizes, masks, keeping safe distances from each other and from our staff.

For a half day of 6 hours, the rate is $850. For a full day of 13 hours, the rate is $1,500. COVID Cleaning - added to all bookings - $100 Cyc Floor Painting (White) - $150 Cyc Lighting - $100
