Hi! I'm a studio manager and line producer in the audio-visual world! We rent out our sound stage space for filming, livestreaming, photography, self-tapes, podcast and anything else under the audio/visual sun! Whether its creative or corporate, we got you. We also have an amazing crew working here that can assist any production if needed.

The Space

This space is a Sound Stage perfect for filming, photography, livestreaming, podcasting, product shoots, and anything else in audio/visual productions. We have Arri sky panels on the grid for lighting as well as other lights that can be rented out. Camera gear for rental consists of Canon C300 cameras and more. For sound gear rentals we have booms, lavs and other sound equipment we can list upon request. If a crew is needed for your rental, we have a highly experienced team that can manage video, sound, set design, and make up.

Our rule is if you can break the gear, we rent it out. There are some props and lights that we do not charge for. We will have a studio manager on-site at all times in case of any emergency. As well as the security on the lot.
