The Space

My space have multi-set 9 sets for film/photography. We also have cyc wall which is perfect for creating anything you want. My space is perfect for hosting your special ideas for photos and music video or even product photography. I have a interview style set with directors chair, a vintage set, bathtub set, scandi-style set and a diner set.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

1. Time Restrictions: Please note the designated start and end times for your rental period. This includes any setup or cleanup time required. Kindly respect these time limits, as exceeding them may result in additional charges. 2. Capacity Limit: For the safety and comfort of all attendees, we have a maximum capacity limit in place. Please ensure that the number of guests does not exceed this limit. 3. Noise Policy: We kindly request that you and your guests adhere to our noise policy, maintaining an appropriate noise level to avoid disrupting neighboring tenants or violating local noise regulations. 4. Smoking Policy: Our event studio has a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Designated smoking areas are available outside, should you or your guests wish to smoke. 5. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption may be permitted upon prior arrangement. Please consult with our team to discuss any restrictions or guidelines for serving alcohol, such as using a licensed bartender or limiting alcohol service to specific areas.(fees will be charge for alcohol usage). 7. Catering and Food Handling: If you plan to bring in outside food, please ensure they adhere to proper food handling practices and comply with health and safety regulations. It is your responsibility to coordinate these arrangements and also for cleanup. 8. Decorations and Modifications: We welcome decorations to enhance your event. However, we ask that you use approved materials and methods to avoid any damage to the premises. Please consult with our team for guidance on hanging or installing decorations. 9. Cleanliness and Cleanup: We kindly request that you maintain cleanliness throughout your rental period. It is your responsibility to clean up after your event, including removing any trash and leaving the space in the same condition as you found it. 10. Access and Key Return: We will provide you with the necessary keys or access cards to enter the studio. Please take good care of them and return them promptly at the end of your rental period. Any lost or damaged keys may incur a replacement fee of $400-$1000+ for lock change. 11. Parking and Transportation: We have free parking areas available for your convenience. Please follow any parking instructions provided and be mindful of any parking restrictions in the vicinity. If using public transportation, please consider the accessibility of our studio.
