Sleek, stylish, and spacious apartment in Brickell perfect for photoshoots (home furnishings, cooking demos, fashion, products), film (documentaries, social media clips), and video shoots including catalogs, movies, music video, TV, and more. Our space is perfect for lifestyle, fashion, product film/photoshoots and includes everything you’ll need for a fantastic shoot. - Modern aesthetic - 850 square feet - Freight Elevator - Immense natural light - Marble flooring - Quiet building (perfect for recording interviews, documentaries ) - Kitchen with marble island and bar stools - Bedroom with a queen-size bed - Furnished Balcony * I am only hosting small groups of 10 people or less. If your crew is slightly larger the crew will have to arrive in shifts. * Feel free to bring your our accessories such as Flowers, Pillows, Art, Bed linens, etc.

In response to Covid-19, a protective mask is required for each and every guest & crew member to ensure the health and safety of everyone. Anyone who arrives without a mask will not be permitted to enter the location. Rest assured that the location will be professionally disinfected in accordance with EPA guidelines before and after each booking, and hand sanitizer will be provided onsite.
