The backyard can be used for any type of event. Plenty of space for sit-down dinners, dancing, standing, etc. No grass, so no one has to worry about bugs, allergies, and ruining their heels. You will have access to the entire backyard along with one bathroom that is located in the house but can be accessed from the backyard. The yard is surrounded by tall hedges for complete privacy. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill, 1 stove burner, microwave, sink, coffee maker, two refrigerators, a sound system that has speakers throughout the backyard. 2 TVs that have Firstcik & Apple TV, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, barstools, fans, LED lighting (that can be changed to various colors, including pool) and more.

Health & Safety Policy
All items & furniture are fogged with a disinfectant and wiped down before and after events. Kitchen items are hand washed then machine washed.
