Bright daylight studio is a 2,000 square feet space with a 13 feet ceilings located on the third floor of a building in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. It has 48 feet of south-western exposed huge windows. It is perfect for fashion and beauty photo shoots, portraits, still life, castings, video, photo production, fashion showrooms, meetings and special events.​ Amenities include: * Ground floor loading dock access directly into thefreight elevator * Freight Elevator is right outside of the studio space on the third floor * Street parking * 24 hour access * Various Broncolor lighting gear * Various Matthews grip equipment * V-Flats * Hollywood makeup station * Heavy-duty rolling clothing Z-racks * Chairs, mirrors, fabric steamer * Air blower * Mini Fridge * Bluetooth audio * Set cart and props * Fog machine House Rules: * Outside food and alcohol allowed. * No events that are strictly parties – but art events and post-production cocktails totally fine. * We are pet-friendly, as long as you clean up after them! Please notify us what type of pet you may be bringing prior. * No smoking inside. * Please clean up after yourself - leave the space in the same condition as it was at the start of your booking. A cleanup fee will be charged otherwise. * Freight elevator usage is allowed only with a studio attendant.
