The Space

This is an 800 sq. ft rental space fully equipped for photo and video shoots. It’s a perfect fit for photographers and videographers shooting still-life, lookbooks, beauty, and small-medium sized productions. The space is also readily customizable to house events, exhibitions and intimate shows for the right amount of people. Photo Studio/Event Space 3 blocks away from the Grand (L train) stop -2 door ground level entry (studio is on the ground floor) -loading dock -versatile and customizable shooting space17.5ft x 26ft; exposed brick, 9-12 ft seamless capability, industrial staircases and hallways, black hardwood floors, beautiful freight doors -makeup station with full body mirror and light frame as well as private changing area -clothing rack -client lounge area -refrigerator and coffee/refreshment station -Autopoles with chain drives for seamlesses
