Spacious Cafe Space for Variety of Events

We are a cafe located in Old Town Monrovia that's offering space for parties of all sorts ranging from birthday parties to business meetings. Very spacious area. Plenty of parking nearby in old town and 10 additional parking spots cafe has access to. Easy access to wheelchairs if needed. Windows do have blinds. Pet Friendly! *We charge an additional $50 dollars per hour if the event time is during our regular cafe business hours between 8am and 5pm.* Please be advised that a filming permit is required in the city of monrovia! There are some exceptions. If you have any questions concerning permits feel free to reach out! We can provide wine, pastries, cheese, olives, drip coffee, and tea. Enough seating for 30-34 people. Prices: - Wine, olives, cheese,Flatbread pizza, quiche's, sandwiches, pastries, coffee, and tea = $275/hour - Wine, pastries, olives, cheese, coffee, and tea =$225/hr - Coffee, tea, and pastries =$200/hour - No food or drinks provided-just space =$175/hour
