The Space

We have had anything from team wellness events to fashion photo shoots in the space. It is large (17,000 sq ft) with a beautiful staircase and upper floor access. There’s are 3 roll up garages with textured glass behind so the space offers lots of natural light in addition to adjustable indoor lighting. This type of building architecture is a GEM to find in Los Angeles! There are also 2 single occupancy restrooms and multiple refrigerators.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

1. Our space is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all members and staff. 2. All staff and members are to wipe down equipment after each use to maintain a safe space. Cleaning is provided after every rental and weekly. We Designate a Health and Safety Officer to oversee policies and procedures. 3. EAP is provided at booking and located in storage area. 4. First Aid and AED located on site. 5. Routine equipment management and servicing. 6. PPE is indicated in line with state protocols. 8. Conducting comprehensive health and safety inductions for new members and staff. Providing ongoing training for all members and staff regarding safety protocols. 9. Implementing of measures to ensure the security of personal belongings included. 10. Encouragement of a culture of health and wellness. 11. Maintaining open lines of communication for reporting safety concerns or incidents. Display health and safety information prominently within the facility. 12. Regularly review and update the health and safety policy to adapt to changes in regulations or improvements in safety practices.
