The Space

Creative/flexible open brick style commercial loft/event space located in the heart of Soho surrounded by luxurious shops and restaurants and the best ambience of New York city. Venue is fully equipped for various events - collaborative/networking, art shows, conferences, cocktail, sitting, presentations, product launches, pop ups, private events. We provide - foldable tables/chairs, projector, pro sound and lighting system, DJ equipment, full kitchen with stove/oven/microwave/toaster/full fridge, seamless backdrops, blackouts, TV, soft boxes, sandbags as well as spectrum of add on services from catering/bartenders/hostess/servants to DJ/live band/vocalists/dancers/security.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every event. The amount of guests is calculated based on the square footage of the space. Hand sanitizer is available at the venue. Surveillance cameras are at the entrance and rooms, not in the bathroom or changing room. Security person or manager will be present at every event to ensure safety of the venue and guests. Fire alarm and extinguishers are installed. All guest's must show reputable behavior and venue remains the right to expel anyone for inappropriate behavior. The venue doesn't serve, sell nor provide alcohol. Alcohol consumption is up to guest 's discretion and must be maintained at moderate levels as well as venue cannot be held liable for that matter. There's absolutely no alcohol consumption for guest's under 21.
